1. We do not have existing stocks for customers to try on, so pls check your measurements to ensure value-for-money before ordering.
2. Only paid orders will be taken in. No payment = No order.
3. Cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed with supplier.
4. Items will arrive Sg in about 2~3 weeks' time after our orders are placed and finalised with supplier.
5. A full refund will be made if items are out-of-stock.
6. Sg Jade Closet will not hold responsibility for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by buyer. (Registered mail is recommended for ex. items)
7. All items will be checked for defects by supplier before arriving Sg.
8. Pls allow about 2~3cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement by individuals.
9. Colour may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
10. All goods sold are non-refundable/non-exchangable.
11. Sg Jade Closet will send a confirmation email of your order within 24hours. Please contact us if you have not receive your confirmation email.
